This is a fabulous condition all original French MAB pistol chambered in 7.65mm. The MAB Model D with serial numbers starting with the letter D prefix were issued to French Customs Services, usually referred to as “la Douane” with custom officers being referred to as "Douaniers”. During Nazi occupation in WWII the Model D issued to German forces. This example dates to the late 1940s early 1950s and is still in lovely original condition with its crisp factory blued finish, magazine and MAB grips. Also included is an original and correct French issued leather holster.
