Deactivated MG42/M53 Set

This is a fabulous opportunity to own an MG42/M53 set with period correct accessories. This Yugoslav M53 has matching numbers to the receiver, stock and top cover and is in beautiful original condition. The M53 is basically a post war Nazi MG42 copy, the Yugoslav's used the abandoned Geman tooling and machinery and continued production to arms its own forces.

Accompanying it is a complete gunners kit with deactivated spare barrel and transit case. A drum and ammunition box both containing a belt of inert 7.92mm rounds, plus a complete tool kit with a whole host of tools and accessories for maintaining the gun. Also included is an action cover and leather sling.
