A superb condition, all matching numbers (including complete bolt assembly) Steyr STG58 assault rifle with fitted bipod. An early production example, it is dated 1959 and is the Steyr made version of the Belgian FN FAL / SLR assault rifle. This rifle beat the US AR-10 which it was in competition with. The AR10 eventually evolved into the legendary AR15. A great looking weapon it fires the hard hitting 7.62mm round. Comes with sling. Deactivated to old specifications with a working action it can be stripped, cocked and dry fired.
