Deactivated Old Spec British Self Loading Rifle (SLR) L1A1. A cracking example with matching numbers and black plastic furniture. A lovely example of the classic self loading rifle, better known as the (SLR) .The L1A1 was the mainstay of the British army through many post-war conflicts. It proved its worth during the Falklands conflict in 1982. Firing the hard-hitting 7.62 round, this weapon is remembered fondly by squaddies across the world. Many are still in service around the world today. Deactivated in 1989 to old specification it can be cocked, fully stripped and dry fired. Comes with correct canvas sling.
