A superb condition Colt made AR15 A2 assault rifle, chambered in NATO 5.56mm (.223), fitted with a heavy barrel and forward assist. A classic and unmistakable weapon of modern times. The AR15 (M16) has been used by just about every military power on the planet. It is still one of the most popular weapons today and is in service all over the globe with military, special forces, police units, law enforcement agencies, SWAT teams and British Special Forces. This example was imported from the US and has its original UK live proof stamps. Its has the correct parkerized finish with unblemished black plastic furniture and working selector lever. Comes with two types of magazine with inert 5.56mm (.223) rounds, comprehensive maintenance kit and sling. We don't think you will find a much better example!! Deactivated in 1989 to old specifications it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
