Product Information

This is an early production Polish AK47 manufactured at the Lucznik/ Radom plant in Poland. Dated 1961 with the number "11" in a circle, the Radom makers code. These early AK's are milled from steel rather than the cheaper and more common pressed steel variants. Even the folding stock arms are milled! The finish is superb with a high gloss blued finish throughout. These high quality examples were only made for a short period, and in small numbers before production was simplified and switched to the pressed steel receivers. Marked on the receiver Szkoln meaning classroom in Polish. We can assume it was used as a training aid. Also included is are two interchangeable flash hiders. The aluminum one is used for training whilst using blanks. A very collectable an sought after AK variant. Deactivated to current specifications with moving selector lever, it can be partially stripped.
