Rarely seen and original Argentinian Colt 1911, Ballester-Molina manufactured by "HAFDASA" (Hispano Argentina Fabrica de Automoviles Sociedad Annima). Production of this model started in 1938 and ended in 1953 with around only 113,000 pistol ever made. Very few in pistol terms. They were used by the Argentine military, police and secret services and were most famously used by their military forces during the Falklands. This example is matching numbers to frame, slide and barrel with its original wooden grips and has a lovely patina to the factory finish. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
