This is a rare and very sought after Argentinian FN FAL Self Loading Rifle, Airborne Model with folding stock. This example may well have been used during the Falklands war. Those examples that are found here in the UK were often brought back by British forces as war trophies. The FAL is basically an SLR L1A1 with the fully automatic option and also chambers the same 7.62mm round. This example is correctly marked with the Argentine manufactures details and military issue markings.
