Deactivated Russian Tokarev TT33 Training Pistol

This is a rare Russian Tokarev TT33 Pistol marked "EXERCITIU" on the slide. This is a Romanian marking, meaning Exercise and was used for training and instructional purposes. As a Soviet satellite state during the Cold War, Romania adopted and received firearms from the Soviet Union and other Eastern Bloc countries. Originally this was a WWII Tokarev that has had all the wartime markings removed before being refinished and maked as a training aid. This is the only the second one of its type we have come across.
