SLR L1A1 rifle. This particular example is all matching numbers and is broad arrow stamped, and dates to 1962. It is fitted with the correct early and now hard to find wood furniture. The SLR has served with both British and Commonwealth forces and most famously during the Falklands war with the British Army. It also saw extensive service in the Vietnam War with the Australian and New Zealand forces. A rare opportunity to own one of the best British and Commonwealth military rifles. Comes with inert 7.62mm rounds and sling. Deactivated to current specifications it can be partially stripped and will hinged open.
