This is very impressive Smith & Wesson .357 Highway Patrolman Revolver, model 28. As the name suggests it was marketed as a US Police sidearm. The .357 Magnum round giving more stopping power over the .38s that were available. The Patrolman has been used in countless action movies and TV dramas. Most memorably by the A-Team. This example is in superb original condition with its crisp blued factory finish and walnut grips.
