Deactivated Smith & Wesson Model 657 revolver, chambered in .41 Magnum. A real beast of a revolver!! One of the rarer large calibred revolvers from the S&W range. With stainless steel finish, solid wood grips and sporting a 6 inch barrel. The dimensions, frame and cylinders are similar to that of the .44 magnum. The .41 cartridge gave the 657 revolver better accuracy and less initial kick. This lovely example comes in a S&W padded hard case with various maintenance tools and equipment plus six inert .41 rounds. A great set. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
