This is a great condition US manufactured Smith & Wesson .38 Snub Nose Revolver Model 10-7. The model 10 series has been one of the most successful revolvers the world over and is closely associated with US police forces and law enforcement agencies. Often used as back-up weapon. The initials "2K" are most likley a US police rack or unit marking. The model 10 has featured in countless movies, films and dramas including The Godfather, Shawshank Redemption and Dempsey and Makepeace to name but a few. Included is a bespoke wooden box and 6 inert .38 rounds. Deactivated with clear chambers and a working action.
