Product Information

This rare , cleverly designed French machine gun was manufactured in the late 1940's for the French Army . They were used in the Suez Crisis , Algerian War and Vietnam . This weapon found considerable favor with airborne and mechanized troops, who prized it for its firepower and compactness. The MAT49 could fire 600 rounds per minute . Deactivated to current specifications .
