This example is field strippable and can be cocked and dry fired. Deactivated British Sterling Mk. IV. Submachine gun. This example is in its original textured finish with correct sling and three magazines. A really excellent condition example and a very early deactivation date of 1989. This excellent weapon was adopted by the British Army in 1953 and continued to be in service until 1988.
