This is a virtually all matching DOU built K98, one of only an estimated 92000 produced by Waffen-Werke Brunn AG factory in Czechoslovakia in that year.

The numbers matching woodwork has a neat repair on the buttstock, a potential partisan/Post War field repair which has stood the test of time. Bearing the correct Waffenamt 88 stamps and complete with cleaning rod and sight hood cover, this is a fantastic rifle in hard to find condition. The rifle bears all of its correct Nazi acceptance stamps.

Chambered in 7.92 Mauser. The bore is in superb condition.
