Product Information

A rare and original WWII era German Walther Model V (5) .22 bolt action rifle, circa late 1930s. These rifles were used by German paramilitary groups such as Hitler Youth organisations to train young men in all aspects of rifle handling and marksmanship before and during the Second World War. The design is similar to the K98 carbine which was then the standard military "rifle" of the German army. They were also used to arm the peoples militia or Volkssturm as part of Hitlers last ditch effort in defending Germany before it fell to the Allies. The overall condition is still excellent with good rifling throughout the bore. The woodwork and factory bluing are still in lovely condition. This rare rifle can be owned on an FAC with the correct variation. It can also be deactivated to order.
