A beautiful condition Second World War (D-Day Era ) Australian manufactured SMLE No1 MKIII*. Dated 1944 it was manufactured by Lithgow. Lithgow produced very few SMLEs during WWII and only around 40,000 in 1944. The condition is outstanding and bore is in superb condition. It was converted from .303 to .410 with a magazine restriction to one shot and can be owned as a bolt action shotgun on a section 2 license. Included is an original pull through cord and oil bottle.
