Product Information

WWI Webely & Scott MKIII Flare Pistol MKIII. Still in amazing original untouched condition, it is dated 1915 with broad arrow acceptance markings. In 1915 Webley only produced 22,104 flare pistols for the British War Department with the vast majority having gone to war and been lost or damaged. The serial number is only 6491 and would mean it would have been produced in early 1915. It has a very unusual green painted section right hand grip. This would have most likely been done in the trenches as it looks to be a very old repair. They were used to signal, along with whistles when ordering soldiers to leave the trenches and go "over the top". A must have for the WW1 collector. Would make a great addition to any collection.

It is currently live and can be owned on a section 1 firearms license ; price £250

Or can be deactivated to order with a working action; Price £350.
