A great condition WWII German K98. Manufactured by Mauser under the byf coding of 1943. This example is fitted with a laminated beechwood stock and has many original matched parts. 1943 saw greater emphasis placed on production numbers due to the staggering losses of men and weapons on all fronts. During WWII this K98 was used during the Nazi occupation of Norway. Norway was of huge strategic importance to Germany for both its navy and airforce and trade routes. After Germany had surrendered the Nords used these captured weapons to arm its own forces. This one was issued to the Norwegian army (HÆR = Army Land Forces). Chambered in .30.06. it has a mint bore! An FAC with the correct variation is required to purchase this rifle. Can be deactivated to order.

This K98 is brand new to the UK live market having just been imported by us and have just passed UK proof. We have original slings, cleaning rods and sight hood covers available.
