WWII Mauser K98 Coded byf 44

An absolutely stunning condition Second World War, German Mauser (byf) manufactured K98. Dated 1944 with beautifully figured wood work it has its original barrel that is correctly coded with Waffenamt Eagle 135. These late war carbines were often assembled with unnumbered or mismatched parts. This was done in an attempt to speed-up output numbers, although quality control still remained to the highest standard. This K98 is in great condition throughout and comes fitted with a cleaning rod, sight hood cover and muzzle dust cover (not pictured).

Chambered in its original German 7.92mm it can be owned on an FAC with the correct variation. The bore is in great condition throughout and the action is crisp and smooth.
