Product Information

A genuine pair of WWII German Kriegsmarine 7 x 50 Binoculars that were issued to the German Navy North Sea Fleet. Manufactured by Ernst Leitz, Wetzlar under the secret code "beh", they would have been issued to and used by U-Boat and warship crews. The capital N stands for North Sea or Nordsee in German. The letter M is the initial used on German navy issued items. Above it would have been the Nazi Eagle and swastika but like so many military items that were marked and associated with the Nazis it has been removed. The letter (T) in brackets signify that these binoculars were upgraded at the factory to have the optics fully coated. The initials KF stand for cold resistant lubricant (marine) kalterfest. The optics are still crisp and clear and both eye pieces can be individually focused.
