This is an original Second World War, German K98 leather sling. The buckle is marked L&F = Linden & Funke KG, Iserlohn and has the protective leather, this was fitted to prevent damage being caused to wood work of the K98 it was fitted to.  The leather slings still has very strong chequering along its full length.  Comes complete with buckle, stopper and leather adjuster hoop.
