WWII German MG34 / MG42 ammunition can with Waffenamt code WaA416. Only two manufacturers were allocated this stamp, Deutsche Leder-Werkstätten and Kimnack & Brunn. It was used to transport belts of ammunition. They were initially used with the MG34 and later with the MG42. Unlike so many this one hasn't been repainted and still has its wartime paint. Would look great displayed with either machine gun.
