An original Second World War MP38/40 slab sided submachine gun magazine. Marked with the makers code 98E (Steyr) with correct Waffen code WaA815, Dated 1941 (41). These early magazines were first issued with the similarly name MP40s, before being replaced by the more common ribbed magazines.This example has its original finish and shows signs of extensive use and is complete and in full working order.
