British Military Issued Survival Knife & Scabbard, Type D, dated 1988 with broad acceptance stamps military coding. It has a thick bowie style blade with two piece wooden grips secured by three copper rivets. They are still in service today it can be found in the survival packs with RAF aircraft. This example has definitely seen active and shows evidence extensive use.
