Product Information

This is an original Imperial German Imperial Army issued model of 1889 Prussian Cavalry Officers sword with its matching scabbard. Both are regimentally marked to the 8th Reserve Dragoon Infantry Regiment ,1st Company, weapon number 161 ( 8.R.D.1.161 ) . It is marked with the makers mark P.D.Lunschloss, Solingen and Crown over Erfurt. P.D.Lunschloss were one of the oldest and most respected German manufactures of swords who produced high quality swords and daggers during both world wars. The blade is still very good condition with no dings or chips.
