A British army L23A1 APFSDS - Armor-Piercing, Fin-Stabilized, Discarding Sabot. This example was manufactured by RLB - Royal Laboratories and is dated July 1987. It was fired from the 120mm guns fitted to the British Challenger tanks. The Sabot round was used to knock out enemy tanks and armored vehicles.
