Product Information

This is a WWII German 20mm cannon cartridges developed by Solothurn in the 1930s, and is known as the Long Solothurn round. It was used in a variety of roles by the Nazi's. Its main use was with the Flak 30 and 38 Anti Aircraft guns but was an effective and deadly ground weapon. This is an armour piercing round. The brass case is dated 1938 with the correct Nazi makers mark and codes, and Nazi Waffen acceptance stamp WaA579. The projectile is dated 1942.
