This is a WWII German incendiary bomb. This actual bomb was dropped on Britain by the Luftwaffe during a WWII air raid but failed to detonate. It is marked with the German ordnance stamps. RHs over 149 means it was manufactured by Rheinmetall Sommerda plant, the letter G refers to the date of manufacture, 42e is the batch number. AZ8312* is the fuze designation. A great piece of WWII history.
