This is a genuine, first year of production, WWII German Panzerfaust 60. First introduced in September 1944, Panzerfaust translates as "armor fist" or "tank fist". It consists of a disposable pre-loaded launch tube with a highly explosive anti-tank warhead. Larger than the 30M, the 60 had a greater range and bigger capacity warhead. This example is untouched and its original wartime paint, and unlike most others has the original wooden tail with remnants of the flight wings. The warhead has the maker stamps and date of 1944 with a Nazi waffen ink stamps below.
