This is a rare 1934 dated Weimar / Nazi Police issued PO8 Luger holster. It was made in 1934 by Otto Sindel, Berlin and is marked with the Prussian State Police Sunburst / L acceptance stamp. Inside is the owners name "Hilgart". This police force was dissolved around 1935 and its members transferred to the Nazi Wehrmacht. Note the fastening tang goes up, identifying this as a police holster. The overall condition is very good with all stitching intact, as is the pull cord, belt hoops and fastening tang.
