A 68mm British Mortar Rocket, type 25. It is an unguided air to ground rocket projectile. It was designed by the French company SNEB - Societe Nouvelle des Etablissements Edgar Brandt. They are usually fired from rocket pods attached to a variety of helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. The British military used them on a various aircraft, including the Harrier and Lightening fighters. This example dates to 1976. Would be a great display item. The war head is detachable.
