Rare British Bell Tent Rifle Hoop

This is a rare British army issue Bell Tent rifle hoop. As the name suggests it was strapped around the main tent poll and the muzzle end of an SMLE or No4 rifle inserted into the individual hoops to prevent them from falling over. The strap is maker marked "JC Co" and the overall condition is excellent. It can hold up to 12 rifles. Ideal for re-enactment or for home storage and display.
