Product Information

This is a rare and early First World War Imperial German army issued PO8 Luger holster. It was manufactured in 1915 by H.V.Schütze, Hannover. Very little is known about this company. The holster is completely original and is untouched retaining the internal leather pull cord, belt hoops, flap tang and buckle. Also in tacted are the spare magazine and take-down tool pouches. Under the flap written in ink are the owners name and number, and the initials F.J. It is very unusual to find such an early WW1 holster (102 years old) that is still completely original and unmodified. The flap has a very old battle scare that was most likely made by a shrapnel strike or bayonet.
