Rare early production British army 90mm L1A1 round. The projectile is dated 1973 and brass shell 1975. Just visible is the MOD designation L1A1 and the makers initails of KE. The 90mm ammunition was fitted to the Alvis Scorpian 90 Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked) or CVR(T) that were fitted with long-barrelled Cockerill gun.
