This is a rare early WWI dated German manufactured pistol holster. The makers name is somewhat unusual and looks to be "F. OORAD, Berlin 1915". The holster will fit smaller calibred pistols such as a Browning 1910, Mauser 1914 or possible a Dreyse M1907. Note the field repaired hand stitching to the spare magazine pouch. A rare survivor that probably saw service during WWII as well.
