This is a rare 1941 dated British military "Apparatus Illumination Aiming Point MKII" devise in its original steel box. It is dated 1941 with a British military broad arrow acceptance stamp. As the name suggests it was used for targeting during night time firing. The case has two folding attaching brackets with clamps.
