This is a rare WWII German K98 bayonet scabbard leather frog that is marked "I B A K S I" which is believed to be an abbreviation for the 1st Battalion Artillery Commander, South, 1st Regiment. Above this is the makers name and location with Berlin being the clearest word, and above that to the left is a very faint Nazi Eagle acceptance stamp.
