Product Information

This is a Long Lee/Metford Rifle Pattern 1888 Bayonet & leather ccabbard and frog,  dated December 1894 (12'94), War Department and broad arrow marked and was made by Sanderson, Sheffield.  This is an early pattern design with brass riveted handle and a hole drilled through above the first brass rivet. It is stamped on the leather frog "BAH 335", which we beleive may identify as the British Army Hospital of the 335th medical regiment from this period.
