A great condition Swiss STGW57 Assault Rifle Bayonet & Scabbard. The manufacturers mark 'FW' with in a roundel is Waffenfabrik Neuhausen Wenger. The letter "V" above the serial number is that of the the blade supplier Victorinox. As with most Swiss made weaponry the STGW or Sturmgewehre is considered by many as the Rolls Royce of military assault rifles. This bayonet is no exception. It is beautifully engineered.
