This is an original WW2 German Anti-Concrete shell base fuse; BdZ f15cm Gr19Be for the 15cm sFH18 Field gun. This was a WWII German heavy field howitzer, model 18 of which only around 5,400 were made. Both parts are clearly marked. The makers code Rhs - Rheinmetall and date code of 1939.
