An Imperial Germany army, First World War issued Gew98 bayonet & scabbard by E & F Horster with a rare original leather frog. The bayonet is dated 1917 with German army acceptance stamps. The scabbard also bear the same acceptance stamps and is stiff leather with steel throat and base cap. The original leather frog is rare as most simply didn't survive the horrendous condition.
