This is First World War dated Imperial German army issued PO8 hard shell leather Luger holster. The maker is Julius Schloss, Berlin O.17 with the date stamp of 1915. Inside is the ink stamped is what looks to the Bekleidungsamt ( Clothing Procurement Office) of the Army Corps, Germany army.
