An original Swedish Carl Gustav M1896 Bayonet & Scabbard with Leather Frog. The bayonet is manufactured by Eskilstuna Jernmanufactur AB (EJ-anchor-AB), and retails much of its original factory bluing, as does the metal scabbard. Regimentally marked on the hilt with L over I 19, the letter "I" stands for Infantry. Followed by the bayonet and weapon numbers. The leather frog was originally designed for the M1914 bayonet and had been converted for this Swedish bayonet. They fit the Carl Gustav M1899 rifles and issued and used during both world wars.
