An original Nazi wartime era leather holster. It fits a pistol of 7.65mm cailbred size, such as Mauer HSc or Sauer 38H. The design and style are most reminiscent of a CZ27 holster.  The flap tang positioning and fastening style would indicate that it was most likely military issued. The leather is fairly thick and heavy with all stitching and fasteners in tact and in good condition.
