Late WWII German K98 Ammunition Pouches. Marked on the back with the German "Reichsbetriebsnummer" (RBNr). The full code is 0/0676 __0038.  This coding system was introduced mid way through the war to replace the standard three letter code. The theory behind this coding system was to register and record the factory information within the Nazi regime, and would also maintain security and identifications of manufacturing locations. This example are great original condition with all stitching, straps and fasteners in good order.
