This is an original early Second World War, German K98 leather sling. The leather is maker marked Eugen Huber Munchen and dated 1939. Just visible to right is the Nazi eagle acceptance stamp. It comes complete with stopper, buckle and leather adjuster hoop.

They were also used on a variety other German weapons during WWII, such as the MP44 & G43 rifles.
