Product Information

This is a WWII German MG34 / MG42 ammunition box. The makers code looks to be "bsj 43" and has its original field grey painted finish and red primer on the inside. The box was used to transport belts of ammunition. They were initially used with the MG34 and later with the MG42. Would look great displayed with either machine gun. Patr. Kast. 41 f. M.G. which is short for Patronenkasten 41 für Maschinengewehr.
