Rarely seen, a near complete WWII German Red Cross Medics kit in its leather satchel . The kit is one of most complete examples and has many unopened tins, bottles and pouches etc. All are in lovely original condition with period Nazi Germany markings etc. Stamped on the leather satchel is; DRK Sanitatslager Babelsberg" - German Red Cross Hospital camp, Babelsberg. This town is now called Potsdam-Babelsberg, and is 20km South West of Berlin. The name change occurred in 1938. These kits were used by the German Red Cross to treat injured soldiers and civilians during the war.
